From the Alps to Sicily: tourist areas, city centres, the countryside, state and provincial roads (SS/SP). Whether you're on holiday, driving a truck through Italy, or living here without speaking Italian — call us and we take it from there. On a toll motorway (autostrada)? Different rules apply there: see the first question below.
On Italian toll motorways (A1, A4, etc.) recovery is reserved for the motorway's official services: use the orange SOS columns or call 803.116 (ACI). We operate in cities, towns and on ordinary roads (state and provincial roads). Once your vehicle is off the motorway, we can take over from there — onward transport, garage, tyres.
Rental cars come with their own assistance included: call the number on your rental contract or key ring first. If you can't get help in English or the wait is too long, call us and we'll see what we can do.
